    I have purchased model 40PFL4958 40″ LED TV on 13.08.2014 from Great Eastern,Rajdanga,Kolkata which developed fault on 15.09.2016 with lines coming on half the screen. Your service technician told that the Back Panel has to be replaced at a cost of ₹ 26000 I.e. 75% of a new TV. I purchased Philips brand for quality and reliability. I am shocked at the poor 2yr life of your TV where as other brands are running trouble free for 4/5 yrs. I request you to provide me the spare at a discounted price or repair the panel if feasible. The step will be appropriate for a brand of your status. With thanks

      I have purchased philips50 inches led at bigbazaarmysore in2015 aprilwith3yrs extendedwarrantyin jan2017picture was not seenaftercomplaintservicpersontold board has to be changedboard waschanged again nowon19june justafter5months same problem icomplaintand I want my led to be replaced box there is no guarantee of the board after my warranty so please kindly replace my led service person is very arrogant and rude I cannot to change in my money and if I don’t get the board it is a waste of money now I don’t have hope plz kindly see into the matter my Complaint no urBAN 1906170023

    We have purchased LED full HD-46PFL6755, wide invoice no.S004659 dated 31/08/94 from Fridge Hose, Kuruppam Road, Thrissur, Kerala. Few months back we have noticed a horizontal line started coming up on top of the screen and noticed to the dealer and they advised to contact local service centers and given to two contact number 0487 2424723 and other one 2363731. We have contacted these two numbers regularly to attended complaint and there was no response from both, than I visited the dealer again and they have given the address and checked with service center people. They asked me to bring the TV to their service center to check the complaint, accordingly the TV delivered to the East Fort service center, after three days, there was no response and visited the center, they said, we do not have the display panel in stock, please contact other service center at Collectrate office. Immediately, we have taken the unit to the 2nd service center. We were surprised to hear from the gentlemen that no other option to leave the unit and purchase new one and if you wants to replace the display panel, which will cost not less than Rs.25000.00 and no guarantee for that. We were shocked to hear such comments for the products, which we paid Rs.48000.00 a year and half. Being a common people this amount is very huge and paid interest for loan against the amount.

    Immediately launched a complaint in toll free number ref. complaint no, 2312160018, a message delivered says that call will be serviced by Aneesh8589977993, Mr. Anessh attended the complaint and confirmed that the display panel should replace no other option and most surprising new that the local service centers (contact bases) are closed and they are operating from Calicut, which is nearly 130 kms. Even the dealers does not know about the changes of most value add support for a commercial products.

    Mr. Aneesh said that he will put up the proposal to replace the display panel within the warrantee limit and update the status within 2 days, but no replay fro 2 days and contact Mr. Anessh to check the status and asked to contact ASI. Again, contact toll free number and clarified all the above. The information received from the customer care executive that the particular parts is not available and the model is not running in the market. Another message reflected on my mobile says that “call has been made pending for part, if no action taken within 2 days, please call area charge no. 9745301115, since than I am unable to reach this numbers as on today.

    I am writing this point on the hope that top management people should understand the services provided by your local people and need proper solution to my complaint immediately or else I will move to consumer court against the product.

    I bought a Philips LED Television from sathya agency in Guduvancheri on 13.12.2015. But febuary 2017 TV was failure I called to customer care, They asked 800 plus tax for sercive charge i accept after they came and collected one PCB from TV after they told board has gone you can pay Extra Rs. 3500. please help me what can i do.

    i am purcase a philips 32″ led 10 month back….but its not working i make a complant in ur custmer care number on 18th july…..and 20th ur engneer is come they caq the led and say mother bord is not working…..and next day he replays it..but they start the tv the tv screen is revers (ulti screen) and he say tommorw u do another complant on our custer care senter……i will give complant but they people give one officer number 9891791919 but no one pick the call….i m very disipnted to ur service ……..pls help me out of this i send custmer care repergentive call pls cheq the isseu and resolve it
