    Samsung’s customer service ABSOLUTELY sucks! Most of the so called operators barely understand English or fail to provide simple information I require.
    And they are extremely RUDE…if they don’t know the answer to the question they simply hang-up on you. What can one expect when dealing with Asian Companies!
    Samsung must get sooo many complaints, that no way you can you reach anyone with authority more specifically Knowledge of their products. They farm the calls out to South America or the Philippines call centers. I would think twice before I purchase another “Samfung” product. SIMPLY NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS,THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!

    The comment is quite accurate. Samsung’s Customer Services is so poor, and they do not follow through on issues, or call back as they promise. AS NICE AS THE PRODUCTS LOOK, THEY DO NOT ASSIST WITH ANYTHING. DON’T BUY ANY OF THEIR APPLIANCES, AS THEY FACTURALLY DO NOT SERVICE THEM. It is a big run around, stress and difficult. The people, hardly speak english. By the way, their service depart specifically says, that someone will call you in 24 to 48 hours, as the service people cannot help you. A poor quality approach with the consumer. Then finally after our contacting Ssamsung 3 times we got a call 7 days later. Good Luck trying to call the Canadian Head Office, or finding their phone number.

    SAMSUNG is the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced !! The customer service agents can NOT speak english nor do they UNDERSTAND. They are RUDE RUDE and SAMSUNG doesn’t seem to care. It’s a run around and just an really horrible experience I will NEVER purchase another SAMSUNG PIECE OF GARBAGE AGAIN!!!!!!!! Hate them!
