    Dear sir/mam,
    I purchase a SONY BRAVIA 24″ LED TV on nov 2014
    Things are not going well after purchase of few months as the product
    is not functioning well. In this regard I made a call to your customer
    care center on Sep 2015. But on talking he take the call lightly as
    did not clear the actual problem and misdirected.
    The same problem continued to repeat but due to misdirection I was not
    aware about the seriousness of problem. By the passage of time the
    frequency of issue increased till it get dead.
    I want clarification about when I called within warranty period, why
    the proper service not provided after asking for service?
    Now the warranty period is over but the problem is same, why I have to
    pay for same problem?
    If the item gets dead due the said problem who will be responsible for
    either customer or service Deppt.?
    please revert ASAP.

    I have given a newly bought Ps4 for service to your authorised service centre in kochi Madona Electronics. After few weeks they told me Tahir they will replace the same with a new one. After that there is no response from the service centre. I have gone there 3 times and they don’t even bother to meet me and gave a solution. Then I approached the customer care head by mail and has stated my issue. I received a letter saying that the regional office will take care of the issue. The regional office when contacted informed me that the matter will be solved in a weeks time . After that there is no response from Regional office also. At last after several attempts I got the phone no of service head in Kerala . I spoke to him and he told me that since there is a problem with stock they are not in a position to give new one instead they will refund the bill amount. Now there is no response from his side also. I have sent 3 mails to sony customer care also for which there is no reply. I don’t know why a company like sony behaves so irresponsible to the customers. Don’t know whom to contact in sony who cares for customers

    I have bought Sony Xperia M4 aqua dual 8 Dec 2015 after 10 days there have coming so many problem I went to service center they assure me by software update this will solve but again problems arives so I summit my phone after some day so there arive again another problem and this will repeat again and again. So I think compromise is batter but the problem is again arives that they take my phone in good condition and returns me in scratch condition. After few month later again many problem start I summit my phone again at 12 July 2016 and since today they are miss guide me ki mam apke phone me ye ho gya aaj aayega and repeat this till 22 days I am so stupid that this phone choose I think Sony servicing is so poor I want my money refund or replacement otherwise I will never bought Sony mobile and suggest my friends or relatives too

    I had Purchased Sony Xperia Mgdual God, from Vijay Sales Opera House Mumbai on 31st December 2015. Since January 16 2016 my device was not functioning properly it was auto shut down automatically and then restart again and again on sony logo, speaker issue, Battery was draining fast. etc. So ihad submitted my device to HRR TELE COMMOTRADE PVT LTD, GRANT ROAD EAST. they had replace with battery, micro phone, speakers, etc Than again On June 2016 there was an camera issue.Now again Since 29th July 2016 my phone was restarting on sony logo automatically again i had submitted my device to HRR TELE COMMOTRADE PVT LTD GRANT ROAD EAST WITH JOB id No W1160 7290 1694 since then my phone is in service centree. On 08th August they replace motherboard bt it was declared faulty. since then this part is not available in any warehouse in Mumbai. how much time it takes to supply part from Channai to Mumbai? Its your responsibility to supply sufficient stock across india where you supply xperia handset so that customer does not have to face problem. since a month im without mmy phone.
    So i would request you to take some action regards to this or if parts will not available or my phone won’t be repaired then replace my phone with fresh new habdset of Sony Xperia M5dual Gold, or refund my money else i whave to take this issue to consumer Forum atleast they will do something if you can’t do

    Gentlemen,

    I write to you with exasperation and helplessness as a customer. I bought a Sony LED TV – Model KDL-32W600A (Sl No.5396601) on 06.04.2014 and within 2 yrs and 4 months of its purchase, the display panel conked out on 20.07.2016. Now my ordeal has started.

    On 21.07.2014 I raised a service request which was registered (No.33426549) and was assigned to Madonna Sales & Service, Trivandrum. The mechanic, on inspection of the TV, said display panel has to be replaced and got a form signed by me. I was informed the total cost will be Rs.12,842/= and it will take about 15 days time to get the job completed and further requested for part payment in advance for placing order for new panel. He said had I opted for extended warranty, the work would have been done totally free. I informed him that I was not informed of this option at the time of purchase. I made payment on 26.07.2016. There has been no progress. On enquiry, I was told the panel of this model is not readily available and they are placing indent for it through internet. Still there was no progress and on my persistent enquiry, I was told that they have decided to replace the TV with a new one on discounted rate with a different model of 32 inches LED TV since KDL-32W600A is no more available. I was asked to pay Rs.12,268/= by DD in favour of Sony India Pvt Ltd payable at Cochin. I handed over the DD and signed a request letter for exchange/discount purchase on 11.08.2016. I was told within 20 days, the replacement TV will be supplied and installed. So far this has not happened. Madonna Sales & Service, Trivandrum, maintains that they can install the TV only when it is supplied by Sony. They do not know when it will happen. They are refusing to give the contact number of Sony, Cochin, to enable me to follow up.

    More than a month has elapsed since my service request registered on 21.07.2016. As a customer of Sony, I do own camera (2 nos) and laptop apart from the LED TV. Now my confidence in Sony has been shattered, as I have been treated very shabbily.

    I am made to run from pillar to post for no fault of mine. I demand a better deal that I deserve as a customer from you. My experience so far has been that Sony India is run on Japanese name with Marwadi (Cheat)mentality.

    Sony should arrange for immediate supply of the new TV for which I have already made the payment 15 days back. Even if the model agreed to be replaced is not available, don’t you think, as a customer friendly gesture, you should have arranged for another higher model to pacify an aggrieved customer? Yes, that is how Japanese management go about as we all know.

    I hope my belief in Sony will not be allowed to go astray.

      Pathetic level of customers service
      I lodged complaint on 31.10.2016 complaint number 35876175 but to utter surprise no one has even bothered in last seven days to take care or even call back to customer for the issue. I have a Sony bravos TV which has gone faulty and this arrogant company is least bothered for its customer. For this TV only I lodged earlier complaint on 07.10.2016 to which engineer first visited to check after two reminders. Now finally after lot of followup they got it replaced on 27.10.2016 refer job no j62711182 and the set was again dead on 30.10.2016. To which I again lodged the complaint.
      It is really shocking to see company from Japan in such pathetic state of affairs. I have other consumer durable as well of other companies but to utter surprise I did not have had a bad experience in after sales service as with Sony. This company is all set to die. Don’t go for Sony products they are hell and arrogant company

  11. I write to you as a helplessness customer. I bought a Sony Bravia LED TV – Model KLV-43W752D Full HD SmatTV, on 12.09.2016. At the time of Installation it came to be noticed that there is an issue in Screen Mirroring (Lagging)and it was noticed by the person who came for installation. When asked about the lagging issue, he said it’s a technical issue and he is not aware of it, so advised to register a complaint in Madonna Sales & Service (Sony AuthorizedService Centre) Opp: M G College, Trivandrum.

    Soon I have raised a complaint on above incident on the same day, but service engineer has attended the case only after one week which is so late. When he came after one week and checked the issue, he said a software updating is required, at the same time he mentioned that there is no new software available/launched – he said once received the software he will rectify the complaint.

    There was no reply after one week, so I contacted Mr. MadhuM, Manager, Madonna Sales & Service for replacement, he said why you want a replacement for a silly issue, only you are facing a lagging in screen mirroring, better you can use the TV, don’t go for screen mirroring and also he replied that he is not the right person for giving approval for the same and updated details of Mr. Sikkanthar Batcha. K, Area Service In charge, Service Operations Dept, Sony India Pvt Ltd, Kadavanthara, Cochin, he will be the person who takes care of replacement, service etc..

    On the same day I have contacted Mr. Sikkanthar and briefed about the issue through a telephonic call. Same day both the managers visited my residence and checked the complaint, and they also found the lagging issue in Screen Mirroring. He also said that there is no latest updated software available till the day from Sony India Pvt Ltd. From my side I have asked him when can I get resolved the issue completely, he said he can’t say a timeline bcos it might take one month or two month. Also I have talked for a replacement and asked if I get a replacement on the same model will I have to face the same lagging in Screen Mirroring, soon the reply from Sikkanthar was that-the same issue will be there in the replaced model also, simple thing is that there is no updated software that SONY has ever made.

    My question to him was that a Branded Company like SONY INDIA PVT LTD have no updated software to solve the issue and how can they sell the TV on markets. So it’s a kind of Customer cheating.

    Till the day there is no response from above mentioned managers regarding the same.

    Today (12-10-2016) contacted Customer care and asked for the update of the complaint, they said they haven’t received any complaint regarding the same, here again I got cheated and got wasted my valuable time. But today I have registered a complaint; below mentioned is the Complaint ID No: 35234691

    Above mentioned was the Scenario regarding my complaint. A reputed company like SONY should not have managers like the above, bcos he cant give a solution to the customers at the earliest, I felt very shameless on these two..

    As a SONY privilege customer it’s the first time I am facing an issue like the same. If I didn’t get a positive solution on the this, I will be forced to file a Petition on Consumer Court with valuable records. So please take care of the complaint and do the needful at the earliest to avoid further issues.

    Dear concern,
    I am one of your customer my phone no 9988986343 who bought M5 DUAL on Nov 3, 2016 of worth 25,990/-. I just want to take your concern regarding inconvenience i am facing form your phone and customer care services since i bought the phone till the date.
    I bought the phone from one of your authorised shop named ELECTRO PACIFIC, which is situated at S.C.O 1024, Sector-22 B, CHANDIGARH. The contact number of the shop is 0172-5012567, 9815483978. The problem i was facing in the phone was of auto shutdown and the device got started only when i put the phone on charging otherwise it kept switched off. I started having this problem from the very next day of purchasing the phone i.e Nov 6,2016. First to resolve the issue, i contacted with my dealer and further he suggested me to visit your customer care office which is established in S.C.O-128-129, 1st Floor, Sec-34 A, Chandigarh (0172-4607175). I followed the procedure and submitted the phone on Nov 7, 2016. This was the day from the real problem got started. They gave me the printed DOA which they took back from me and didn’t return me. They asked me to wait for 15 days and promised me to satisfy with a sealed brand new phone. But this didn’t happen, as they handed over a unpacked phone. The back cover of the phone was not properly fixed i.e the back cover was too loose to get attached with the phone body properly. When i questioned over the reason of it the customer care executive tried to make me calm by saying that they are returning me the phone in the same condition they have received it from the head office and get the problem solve from outside. I refused to take the phone in damaged condition and gave the phone back and asked them to make it done. they gave me DOA again, D116112100372 on Nov 21, 2016. I got my phone back on Nov25, 2016 the phone was in unpacked situation again. I used the phone for an hour and i noticed the same problem again which means they haven’t fix the back cover. For the 3rd time i returned the phone and gave me DOA again, D116112800289. This is very disappointment and disgusting thing for the brand like SONY.
    Furthermore, As i was a I-PHONE user and hence didn’t know about any other phone or company. Just for a change and to experience new service and phone i switched to SONY. but i am very unsatisfy with the phone. I never experienced these type of things by APPLE.
    To sum up, i am in waiting to get the seal packed phone and hope to get it soon as i am a businessman and suffering with problem due to phone. And please do tell me what step has to be taken if i get un-sealed and problematic phone again!!!!!

    . I had collected my phone for 5th time on Nov 2, 2016 from your registered customer care office which is in Sec-34 A, Chandigarh. There is no doubt that the phone which was given to me was the same phone i had that means you people making me fool by returning me the same phone each and every time. This is height of harassment.
    I took that phone because the executive made me believe the phone is new but i knew that it was the same phone still i agreed to take that phone. Now the concern is that Nov 3, phone got switched off at night. Even after putting on charging phone is unable to switch on which is terrible issue. You are requested to please change my set as i don’t want to use SONY M5 DUAL. Kindly replace it with another phone. This is what i could ask and expect from you people. I really don’t want to get more annoyed.
    Additionally, its been more than 12 hours, the phone is still on switched off mode. I am a businessman and i am fed of all these nonsense and unnecessary inconvenience occurring by you. I do visit your office every 2nd day which causes me problem like i am left with no other work. Now, do what i have asked you to do. This will be the 5th time i visit the office on Nov 5, i.e on monday. Do make it done on top priority basis otherwise i will have to knock the door of consumer court.
    I am giving all the required information below. Do arrange me the call as well.
