    I have been a long time user of Canon products. I’ve rarely had any issues with the products. However, I have recently bought a Canon camera and found the instructions included were inadequate. So, I contacted the regional website where I bought the camera (Philippines). The website itself seemed fine, but when I searched for an online manual, I was advised there was none available. Seemed odd, as the camera is a common model.

    I sent a request to the customer service using the online form. That was a week ago and I’ve gotten no reply.

    Meanwhile, I was able to locate an excellent and complete manual by searching websites for other countries. Easy and no problem downloading.

    I am extremely disappointed in the inadequate customer service provided by the Philippines Canon office.

    I am CPS gold member and regular user of your products and my CPS Card# 356000117. I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue which I faced with your product bought recently . I bought a Canon DSLR 5D MarkIV (Serial no.48022001602) on Nov. 30’2016 vide invoice no. 0853 from M/s The Cam mart, D-152, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi-110007, INDIA.

    I am very sorry to say that I have found the quality of Camera very poor which I didn’t expect from a brand like yours. I have started using this from Dec.15’2016 and within a period of one month, Camera has got completely dead when I was on assignment of wedding on 15 Jan’16 Time 8:30pm. It was very embarrassing for me and my reputation also got damaged as a professional in front of my clients.

    I have submitted the camera “canon DSLR Camera 5D markIV at “Canon Master Service center” at Barakhamba Road,Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 INDIA for replacement or repair on Date 18th Jan’16. I haven’t received any update from your team even after a week of submission of Camera. There is not available any direct no for canon master service center. I had informed this to Executive of “Canon Master Service center” but didn’t get the satisfactory reply so I writing this complaint to you.

    You are requested to replace the camera at the earliest and also compensate me with INR 25,000 for losses which I have borne due to payment to another photographer for covering the assignment on 15 Jan’16. I want to highlight that I am not claiming anything for the goodwill loss and mental disturbance I have gone through due this incidence.

    We have a beg problem with our imageRUNNER 7105 v.2
    Fiery S2 server was dead yesterday. We tried to connect directly through ethernet port, but without Fiery had no luсk. We tried to connect directly through USB port also, but there is no luck too.

    Tell me please, does it possible to print directly from PC to imageRUNNER 7105 v.2 and how to do it ?

    Fiery S2 doesn’t support for a long time, and it is not possible to buy it now. But imageRUNNER 7105 v.2 is a very cool printer and we want to use it.

    Recently I have bought Canon M6 camera (Penang, Malaysia) as it should be come with free gift package which is Mount Adaptor & battery. As understand it is stated for 45 days in order for us to receive the free gift. However, as planned will bring along camera for coming travel thus I have escalated to Penang site Canon office to request expedite free gift delivery. The reason to request is without adaptor and I can’t proceed purchase 10-18mm & 50mm lens then bring along during my travel.

    Per last update from Penang site Canon office feedback, marketing site replied remain as 45 days free gift delivery policy. Thus, I’ve escalated to Canon Kuala Lumpur in order to seek for optional help. However, it is same reply remain as 45days free gift delivery. The comment is, since customer has requested for urgency part needed and yet Canon unable to show customer orientation or support which I feel disappointed and unsatisfied as wondering none of any Canon staff able to reply why free gift delivery must take 45days?

    Hopefully, Canon oversea site may look into this free gift policy and customer orientation seriously as Canon is well known and MNC company and with all the action as mentioned above will just jeopardize Canon reputation.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a New Delhi-based Indian sports journalist and an old user of Canon products. I used Canon camera at London Olympic Games and then at Rio also. You may cross check the facts from the Canon service centres put up at the Media Centres at both the Games. I used the same camera at the Incheon Asian Games in Korea in 2014 also.

    Besides I have been covering the Olympic Games since Atlanta in 1996. We always had great service provided by Canon. But in India this service has gone to dogs. I have had a bad experience in New Delhi recently. Following are the details.

    I deposited a Canon EOS 60D camera for repair at Master Service Centre, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi on 31/10/17 (ID: CD1700000768761). The Camera was in working condition and according to Customer Service Report issued by the executive at the Service Centre, the estimated cost of the repair was Rs 2951. 00

    After four days I deposited the camera a Canon executive called up to say that the repair would cost about Rs 8000/-. I said go ahead with the repair.

    After that I never heard anything from Canon. Then when I called up the Canon call centre at Gurgaon someone Rahul assured me that someone from Canon would call me within 24 hours. But Canon remained silent for over a week.
    After one week a lady executive from Canon called to say that there was shortage of spare parts therefore the delay. But she didn’t know what part to be replaced. After one hour she called to say work will be done in four days and she will inform me on 23rd November. But again no response so far.

    I wonder what is wrong with Canon India. This is surely not the way to run a big and reputed organisation like Canon. It is giving bad name to the organisation. Please close down your India operations if you can’t deliver.
    Please look into the matter.

    I bought a Canon MG5730 printer earlier this year. A couple of days ago, I was faced with a paper jam problem – but it’s not just one piece of paper, it’s almost half a ream of A4 papers.
