  1. I bought the machine in year 2012.
    I have lodge the complain no…. for malfunctioning of IFB washing machine direct drive.
    I received the feedback from the local service center that parts are not available. Hence, you need to buy the new machine, as company has already closed the model.
    Such ridiculous answers from IFB service center was not appreciating and awaiting the solution.

  2. Since 1month my Dish Washer complaint is pending. Very poor service by company & franchise. 3 different technicians visited & identified 3 different cause of compliant. Unable to understand whether at all my complaint will get rectified. Inform whom to approach for resolving. Company not responding to e mails.

  3. complain placed @ changing of outlet pipe of dishwasher , respond and person to appoint took 15 days time.After changing of the pipe , service engineer could not seal the opening properly hence rat entered the machine and damaged the wiring subsequently short the pump motor .took more than 1 month to rectify this issue and now service centre has sent service charges of Rs.592+repairy charges Rs.840/-
    Is this the way to give service to customer by official service station

  4. Dear Sir,
    I have not satisfied for the service response action , the service representative again saying the same statement (they are not doing proper service), hereafter I am not going to use any kind of the IFB products of myself and my family members & friends also , so I am going to do the service in outside person, I was called him & he checked unit hardly 5 mints in my house and he said simply nothing issue on Machine then he charged me Rs.590/- He never respond my complaint I told him some screw is not fitting kindly change but he ask me buy the screw and fix the machine myself. He spoke very rudely, I was totally unsatisfied for service response team, Especially the the sales representative Mr.Mani & his manager Mr.raja was not understanding the customer requirement ,They are acting just like a recorded service. he said he don’t have the screw in shop it will take 1 day . Pls take the necessary action to the service persons or Refund my money back.I trust my mail will do something atleast. Do the needful.

    I am very much disappointed with the services of IFB who claim to be the best company. What is the use of purchasing IFB when they don’t attend the customer.     This is regarding the IFB product I purchased one month ago. It was a top load washing machine. Just after one month the drum of the machine got malfunctioned , it’s broken. This is ridiculous and surprising. I choose your product when there were so many options available to me which were more cheaper than your product. Still I chose you beacuse of the quality and name that you have earned in this area over past years. You already know after how much thought process , evalauation and giving time, a common middle class person selects anything and after that if that thing turns out to be bad then it hurts like anything. This is extremely disappointing. I dont want any repair or replacement beacuse the kind of damage has just happened to my product , it completely removed my trust from your brand and who knows that again after few days post your replacement or repair the product again may get damaged. So , I request you to return my money for this product, take it back and review it.

    I called up at IFB customer care at 1800 3010 1999 to raise a call for my IFB front load washing machine that is not under warranty as the 3 plastic cones placed horizontally in the steel drum are torn. They asked me to call up at 1860 425 5678. After speaking on this number I was asked to call at Pune Service Center 020 6999 6016. Here I explained the issue to the person I was speaking to. He told me that 3 cones would cost me around Rs 150 – 200 and service charge 590. So total would be around Rs 800. I told him to confirm because it is to be done after opening the drum that is why I cannot take any risk of giving it to some other person. Upon that the person on the other side said don’t worry IFB person will visit to see the part to be ordered and then will fix. I said then he will ask for the visiting charge. He assured me that it will not happen. Due to the assurance of rate and visiting charge, I called up at 020 3900 4321 to raise a service call. Again gave full explanation at this number also while raising the ticket. Next day, the technician called up who also asked me about the issue. Explained him as well after which he made a visit and said the whole drum is to be changed which will cost Rs 4000. It was really shock to me that after speaking and confirmation from so many what is he talking about. I told him that changing steel drum to change the plastic cones doesn’t make any sense. Also until now with whosoever I spoke to no one told me that drum is to be changed. Upon that, the technician said then you get it done from them only. I said okay will see and he asked for the visiting charge of Rs. 590. I said what for. I was assured that there is no such charge. He said then you get it repaired. I told him for that only I called up IFB but not for the nonsense he was talking about. Also if that is the matter then I do not mind taking them to consumer court as I did with many companies before also for doing such fraud. He asked me to speak to his boss Mr. Manoj Singh (Name not sure) at 97627 78632 who didn’t pick up the phone and this person left on his own. I also tried calling up at 020 6999 6016 and 020 3900 4321 many times because calls are recorded at call center hence they could confirm what I asked for and what they confirmed, but strange first number didn’t pick up the phone and after second calling swiched off and the later number was continuously busy. Couldn’t get connected to customer care. That technician was from IFB franchise Delta whose number was 77859 52259. He also had his ID card of IFB which the customer care person asked me to check. One more thing when I showed all the numbers with whom I spoke before he said these number doesn’t belong to them. I asked him if they do not belong to them then how did he approached me for the ticket raised by me.
