Samsung’s customer service ABSOLUTELY sucks! Most of the so called operators barely understand English or fail to provide simple information I require.
And they are extremely RUDE…if they don’t know the answer to the question they simply hang-up on you. What can one expect when dealing with Asian Companies!
Samsung must get sooo many complaints, that no way you can you reach anyone with authority more specifically Knowledge of their products. They farm the calls out to South America or the Philippines call centers. I would think twice before I purchase another “Samfung” product. SIMPLY NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS,THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!

  2. Larry Kleinmintz says:

The comment is quite accurate. Samsung’s Customer Services is so poor, and they do not follow through on issues, or call back as they promise. AS NICE AS THE PRODUCTS LOOK, THEY DO NOT ASSIST WITH ANYTHING. DON’T BUY ANY OF THEIR APPLIANCES, AS THEY FACTURALLY DO NOT SERVICE THEM. It is a big run around, stress and difficult. The people, hardly speak english. By the way, their service depart specifically says, that someone will call you in 24 to 48 hours, as the service people cannot help you. A poor quality approach with the consumer. Then finally after our contacting Ssamsung 3 times we got a call 7 days later. Good Luck trying to call the Canadian Head Office, or finding their phone number.

SAMSUNG is the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced !! The customer service agents can NOT speak english nor do they UNDERSTAND. They are RUDE RUDE and SAMSUNG doesn’t seem to care. It’s a run around and just an really horrible experience I will NEVER purchase another SAMSUNG PIECE OF GARBAGE AGAIN!!!!!!!! Hate them!

Has anyone got their hands on a actual Samsung CANADA Corporate email address. Not just a physical address? I don’t blame them for not having one, considering how piss poor their support is.

** Are you ever going to call!**

3rd service request about the same issue. I’ve had the fridge only 4 weeks, paid a lot of money and it doesn’t work. I finally called after receiving no contact from my 1st 2 service requests and, after waiting nearly an hour for someone to answer, I was assured I would have a call back within 2 hours – surprise, still nothing a day later. Come on, let’s not make it another day.

Software issues (various) as explained in the last 2 service requests.

  8. Kamilla Ni says:

I have contacted customer service support recently, didn’t get any helpful information. The representative I spoke to was not well trained and didn’t have any knowledge about the issue, although it wan’t something extraordinary. Customers don’t call customer service support to talk to a nice person, they call for help.

I have a software issue with the phone and live in Vancouver, I was advised to sent it to Mississauga. That just sounds ridiculous, not to mention that it is time consuming and expensive.

As a loyal customer I feel disappointed about everything: the quality of the product and the unsupportive “support” i was provided with.

This is my order number : 125913167. I have ordered 4 items from the store at Mississauga, Ontario. First of all the delivery guy didn’t show up in time. He showed up 30 minutes late of his schedule time. The time slot was given 11 am to 4 pm. He showed up 4.30pm. I have ordered, OTR, RANGE, Freeze and Dishwasher. My dishwasher came broken. the plastic in the bottom was broken. I had to wait 2 week to get the products. The installation guy was waiting in my house to install the dishwasher. I had to pay him to show up and there were no dishwasher. Now I am out of dishwasher. I have called home depot customer service number 1-800-759-2054 and they weren’t very helpful either. They transfer the call to Samsung by the name Andre, he said I have to wait another 2 week to get a confirmations. And he was asking why I refused the delivery of dishwasher. no customer service at all. I have asked him to transfer the call to manager and he said there is no manager. I need a call asap.

  10. Robert Vanderaegen says:

Our family has been staunch users of Samsung products in excess of seven years (currently we have a total of 9 items: including TV’s, BluRay players, 2 tablets, 2 Galaxy Smartphones, 2 Gear watches, and a Samsung VR). On March 2016 I upgraded my Galaxy S5 to a Galaxy S7 Edge (Through Bell Mobility in the Langley Willowbrook Mall, Langley, BC) and as a promotion I purchased a Samsung 9.5″ Tab S2 (with SIMs card) on a Bell 2 year contract. I was offered a 2 year warranty on the phone but not on the tablet. The tablet is only being used occasionally and without any issues until morning of Nov 08th, 2017 when I tried to start the tablet. It would boot up as far as the Samsung logo, but would not go any further. I contacted Samsung Chat Service and was instructed to use the the buttons to force a restart. This still wouldn’t allow me beyond the same boot screen, with blue horizontal lines running up and down the monitor. I was instructed to use the keys again and at a certain point I could select the “restore to factory settings” which I did. I tried rebooting again and same problem occurred. I was informed by the Samsung representative to take the tablet to the Samsung Store, in Burnaby, BC (40 kms away) where the representative (Ivy) had the tablet checked at the back of the store. She informed me that there was a definite hardware issue with the tablet and it would have to be sent out to Toronto for service which will be an initial analysis fee of $35 then to repair hardware would be in excess of $300 (half the cost of the tablet) . On Nov 17th I called ‘Jhoffer’ Customer Service Support and went over the scenario with him. He wasn’t helpful, kept saying that the tablet wasn’t on warranty any longer (IT IS ONLY 20 MONTHS OLD) yet it is relatively new and not abused. I asked for his manager and spoke with ‘Edison’ who is the Supervisor General which includes IT. After going over the scenario once again, he also informed me that since the one year warranty was up, they cannot do anything. I ASKED FOR THEIR LOYALTY DEPT. since my family has been a long time supporter of their products. He said he can’t give that information and suggest I go to the Samsung Canada webpage and send an email. This transaction ticket number is #2179840601. I reminded these individuals that I was preparing to purchase 2 new Samsung phones shortly; however I have grave reservations under the circumstances.
