    I have contacted 6 Samsumg CSOs : Travis, Jack, duty manager Yu Wen, Shan, Shamini, Suraya from Oct 23 to get the CSM Thiru, Tharma to return call in tegards to my S4 battery warranty replacement. Till tonight, 6.45 pm 8 Nov, neither of these CSOs nor CSMs assist me in that!!! Thiru nor Tharma has not even reverted!!! Plse help!!!

    I bought a new Samsung washing machine, due to poor installation it leaks immediately and I call the service center. Technician came and fixed up but not to my satisfaction. Worst of all I was asked to sign the service report but was not given a copy- so don’t know what he has written. Can you help please help?

    Bought washer on 3/1/17. Washer tearing towels and clothes. Drum goes off balance when washing heavy items like towels and Denim jeans. Keep refilling water, spin, and repeat cycle until I step in to disentangle and redistribute evenly the laundry in the washer. Evaluated on 1/8/17, Samsung’s technician recommended changing drum. I requested for a 1to1 exchange. Technician claimed that approval from his superior is required and promised to revert back asap. Despite many contacts with your agents on live chat, emails and call center,. Everyone I spoke with gave the same reply :. “YOUR CASE HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO HIGHER AUTHORITY, SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU SOON”. Till today, 2 months later,my Case is still pending! Is SAMSUNG trying to avoid responsibility by waiting for the warranty of my washer to expire?

    I have been attempting to get an answer from your Customer Services Department about the pink line fault I have on my S7E purchased in Singapore. It is my understanding that Samsung has accepted that pink line is a manufacturing fault, and that they (you) will replace the screen on phones under 2 years old. Your repair department has declined the return of the phone for repair in Singapore stating that the phone is out of its 1 year warranty. I have replied to them about this, but they are ignoring the email. I need some action on this please!
