  1. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. The screen cracked and I took it to TTS in Port Elizabeth and I received a free screen replacement. Approximately two months later (never dropped the phone at all), the dye started running in the screen and when I took it to TTS, they charged me for a screen replacement, even though I insisted it must have been their negligence. I had no choice but to pay. Now, approximately another two months later, the screen started lifting so I took it back today and they said it is a Samsung fault, there are no screens in South Africa, but they are ordering adhesive for me. Approximately three hours after they had my phone, the ink has started running in my screen again. I have not dropped the phone. I find this unacceptable and would like solution. I have already unfairly paid for a screen replacement which now I am convinced was an error on their side as it is happenning again and after the same time frame of my previous replacement.

    Purchased a S8 took it home. Charged it overnight. Next day tried to use and it went into complete lock down. Took it back to the store they couldn’t fix. Said they will send for checking. Now 6 days later I have not heard anything
    No phone calls no e mail nothing to let me know what the situation is.

  4. Hi I have been to your samsung store at gateway shopping mall durban south africa on the 23.11.2017 at 11:00am, they currently running a promotion on samsung 308Litre fridge at R4999. Upon enquiring with the sales person, he checked through the system and advised they out of stock but he can provide me with the same fridge at R5999, as he only had 10 units available at R4999. I then questioned as to when this items have been sold, he said that they held a VIP sale the day before, i then question when could i have purchased the fridge. He then stated after 6pm today due it being the black Friday deal. So this is regarded as false advertising. I had a lot of confidence in purchasing samsung products from my past experience with various household items. This service is totally disgusting and will tarnish the reputation of samsung promotional offers in the future. Please can someone who has higher authority contact me on 0840327865 with a clear explanation and work around on this issue. This is totally unacceptable as you have no complaints email to receive a direct response.

  5. Had a Samsung vacuum cleaner for many years. SC 9580, decide to buy a new one as ours could not be repaired successfully. So dissapointed, the quality is just not anywhere near the same. Cord to short, handle to short, so plastic, already can’t get the brush attachment out. Was warned by the salesman to not buy it but did not listen because we had such faith in the product. So much money spent and not at all happy. Never make the same mistake again. Very disappointed customer
