  1. I purchased the Galaxy Note Edge 24 November 2015 so it is currently under guarantee. A year ago I noticed that the battery was draining very quickly. Every time I used my Strava app …even if my battery was at 80% or 50% if I tried to use the camera my phone would switch off! After persevering with it for some time trying to work out what was wrong…I finally bought a new battery. This made no difference at all! I constantly removed data so nothing could keep draining my battery. This still persisted in happening…so when I cycle using Strava I have my data switched off and every time I am unable to use my camera! Even if I’m not using Strava and my battery is on any percentage…after taking two photographs possibly three! My phone will die! I purchased this in EVKUR in Fethiye, Turkey costing me 2299tl! Yet almost two years on I am unable to use my camera….which when it does take photos is excellent!
    I took the phone back to the shop explaining the problem….immediately they assumed I have dropped it! This has not happened! They sent it under my guarantee to Istanbul to the Samsung Techincal Services…tel 4447711….. Explaining the problem. I had a reply from a secretary explaining that their department claims it has been dropped so they would replace the screen and a new battery at a cost of 1190tl! I am absolutely furious that no ones believes me! This phone has not been dropped ever! It has a serious problem and as far as I am concerned Samsung are shrugging all their responsibilities. How can a new screen help with he camera and the fact I can’t use Strava and the camera at the same time….or even use the camera for more than 2 or 3 photos??? It’s a poor excuse!! I also have replaced the battery so that hadn’t worked anyway! I would like you to investigate this matter further and I would like a full explanation to your conclusion! I am not prepared to be fobbed off! If your reply is not to my liking I shall make it my business to shame you via Twitter and any social media networks I possibly can.

    My phone at the moment is being returned to me! What a pathetic service you have offered! Your guarantee is absolutely worthless.

  2. Good day, please am making use of Samsung note edge but it’s having problems but I did not buy it new but I really like the phone that is why am asking for your help. The phone is having screen problem it’s showing another colour half of the screen it’s showing green while the the other half it’s normal. Please what should I do .am from konya here in turkey.     After 11 days the repair centre advised my wife that WE HAVE TO PAY 900TL.I did inquire customer service ,they said this Fees is because by opening MAYBE THE SCREEN WILL BE DAMAGED and this to cover cost.SAMSUNG REPAIR STATION should be equipped with proper tools and skilled Technicians…Since the Mobile is still under warranty and no physical evidence of damage by falling or whatever so that means it is Broken Phone and shall be covered by Warranty.
