    Good inquiring about my initial set up with new services with Time Warner. I have ben disputing since the installation as installed. Below is a list of what was offered and what I contracted to. However it has not been the case. I’m new to the area and new to TWC, I would like to some explanation as to why I have yet to receive what was contracted. I do not have but one DTA box, and I’m not receiving the Ultimate 100 package. The second billing cycle an entirely different package deal, as previously listed

    I am writing you to tell you what a valued employee you have in Rhonda Murphy at your Atlantic Avenue location in Raleigh NC. My husband is canceling TWC for another service. I believe this is a mistake but the account is in his name and he had already signed a contract with another company. I did not want to make this switch and definitely not lose my internet service. I explained my situation to her. She immediately made me feel relaxed and thanked me for my customer loyalty. Without any pressure she worked with me to allow me to keep my internet with Time Warner. She met with me again the same day after I spoke with Tech Support and worked out a plan to keep my internet from suspending when the other carrier switches over. She even assured me she will work with me to give me the best rate available. I have found it difficult in this day and time to find good customer service. Rhonda is without a date an exceptional young lady who I have no doubt keeps Time Warner Customers from leaving. I know my husband will see he has made a bad decision and come back to Time Warner but until then I at least have my road runner that I have all the confidence in the world with. She did everything she could to give him options but he had already signed a contract so I knew it was futile to try to change his mind. I feel certain you will let Rhonda know she is appreciated and a value to you daily. Thank you for putting the right person in the right position. It was my lucky day she was there.

    I contracted with Spectrum on a bundling price per month of $29.99 for the TV and $29.99 Internet, and $19.99 for the phone. Previously, the phone and Internet was with Frontier. To date I have received two bills that stating incorrect monthly charges for the TV and Internet. I have called Spectrum seven times and each call was routed to a different call center. Each center told me that I wasn’t a new customer for the Internet. As stated above, I have been with Frontier for at least 20 years as my Internet and phone provider. Also, I was told that a supervisor from the call centers would contact me within 72 hours. They have not contacted me. I need someone from Spectrum that has the authority to resolve this issue.
